Personal data is only collected and processed to the extent necessary for the purposes described above. Adhikari Law updates, corrects and erases personal data on a regular basis. Adhikari Law will store and process your data only for the term of your retention of Adhikari Law and for a period thereafter reasonably determined by business necessity and our professional obligations to you, or as may be required by law.

Adhikari Law takes all commercially reasonable steps consistent with industry practice to protect your personal data by using established security standards and procedures.
